The Country Day School's preschool programs, both half day and full day, offer parents the best of both worlds by providing an outstanding and unique private preschool along with quality, professional child-care.  The learning environment is bright, open, and safe.  Children, ages 2 1/2 to 5 years of age learn and play together in an atmosphere rich in opportunities to explore. They are encouraged to problem solve and try new ways to do "Old" things in an accepting, secure surrounding where they do not experience a fear of failure.  The caring, highly trained staff constantly interacts with the children, engaging them in conversations about their work and encouraging them to reach beyond their current abilities.
