· There is a 10% discount for 2^nd child, 15% for 3^rd child, and 20% for 4^th child. Discount is applied oldest to youngest and does not apply to full day preschool students. This discount is on tuition only, no other fees.

· Tuition Refund Insurance is mandatory with the Quarterly Payment Plan and the 9-Month Payment Plan, optional with Annual Payments. It does not apply to full-day preschool. There is a 5% service fee for the 9-month plan – monthly payment price shown includes this fee.

· Application fee is non-refundable. Registration/supply fee is only refundable if there is no space for the child, or the enrolled family moves out of town and notifies the school, in writing, prior to June 1^st. Registration/supply fee includes yearbook and educational materials. Class-specific supply lists are issued in the fall.

· All payment plans are based upon the full annual tuition, which is then divided equally across the year for those on monthly and quarterly payment plans. As a result, monthly & quarterly tuition and Kids’ Club charges cannot be adjusted based on actual days that school is in session for any given month.

· *Families enrolled in an EZ-EFT plan may opt to have monthly payments for tuition and Before/After Care processed on the 1^st or the 20^th of each month, with no late fees. Late fees are assessed to all payments made after due date. See policies and procedures manual for full details on financial fees.
